About Us
Bradt Leadership, Inc. is a global leadership development firm providing services for senior executives across industries since 1993. Bradt Leadership believes all clients are unique and therefore does not sell off-the-shelf programs. Rather, each intervention is designed with client input to insure pinpoint accuracy in addressing client-specific needs and requirements. We specialize in designing customized leadership development programs for senior executives, executive coaching by phone and in-person, and customized teambuilding experiences.

Our Services

  • Customized Leadership Programs: Bradt Leadership has designed and delivered dozens of customized leadership programs for a multitude of clients. For example, one multi-national client hired Bradt Leadership and the Covey Leadership Center to jointly design and deliver a customized program for all of their senior executives. The program ran over several years and was such a success the offering was eventually extended to the next tier of leadership as well. The entire process was credited with helping to establish a culture of teaming, trust and leadership within the divisional practice. Many who experienced it cited the entire experience as one of the highlights of their careers.
  • Customized Executive Coaching: Bradt Leadership consultants have coached thousands of executives attending Bradt leadership programs or through custom-designed coaching services. For example, a global client hired Bradt Leadership to provide cross-cultural communications coaching for executives working together but who were geographically were spread across the globe. Bradt and the client worked together to design a process that included a global videoconference kick-off, followed by ten weeks of individual phone coaching, and concluded with a phone conference with all participants to debrief benefits and to jointly determine logical next steps. This process highlights Bradt's philosophy of partnering with clients to achieve client-specific needs versus employing a one-size-fits-all approach.
  • Customized Teambuilding: Bradt Leadership consultants have designed and delivered dozens of customized teambuilding experiences for all manner of senior executive teams. For example, one client was experiencing particular trouble with a multi-tiered team charged with designing and implementing enterprise-wide system improvements. The client complained that the team environment was marked by mistrust and suspicion. Bradt consultants conducted a series of confidential interviews and pinpointed the source of the friction and designed a process to eliminate it. The result was a powerful off-site experience where long-simmering issues were put on the table and dealt with by creating an environment of openness and trust. Bradt's approach highlights holding each individual accountable for his or her role in team success or failure.

Our Clients
Bradt Leadership prefers to work with a relatively small number of clients that they get to know well and work with over a period of time. Bradt recognizes that it's goal of optimizing organizational performance through leadership and team development is best accomplished through helping clients build strong leadership cultures marked by mutual trust. Building such cultures requires building relationships and that takes time. Additionally, once a client has experienced the benefits of working with Bradt Leadership, the clients tend to call on Bradt time and again as situations arise where their leadership and teaming expertise is needed. Therefore, Bradt has some client relationships that stretch well over a decade. Clients who have benefited from our services include Coca-Cola, DuPont, Abbott Laboratories, Ernst & Young, Gateway Computer, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Capgemini and Jefferson Pilot Financial, among many others.

Of course, not all relationships need be long-term. There have been clients where needs were short-term and the services provided were delivered accordingly. In general, however, Bradt prefers to establish long-term relationships. Our Staff
Drs. Gary and Peggy Bradt are the principals of Bradt Leadership. Clinical psychologists, this husband and wife team has dedicated their careers to helping executives and organizations reach their maximum potential. Gary handles client relationships; need assessments; process design; keynotes and front-of-the-room presentations. Peggy specializes in executive assessment and executive coaching. She has over twenty years experience in the field, including working as an adjunct coach for the Center For Creative Leadership through their many program offerings for senior executives.

The rest of Bradt's staff consists of a strong network of adjunct professionals whose multi and varied skill sets can be mixed and matched to specific client needs and requirements. Many have advanced degrees in the behavioral sciences and all have years of experience helping executives set and reach their personal and professional goals.
